SHIPPING POLICY
Our Company will use the most economical shipping company to always keep your cost low for shipping unless you need your package earlier you can contact us prior to ordering to give your information in order for us to give you a total cost for a more faster shipment . All of our carved wooden cremation urns are made and stocked here in Ontario ,Canada
We will take 1-2 business days to process your order after payment at check out
We use Canada Post Expedited 1-5 days for basic shipments
if a one or 2 day service is required you will have to contact us for information and cost djhoule95@gmail.com
We do not ship to P. O. boxes
International shipping will take longer anywhere from 1-10 days and we are not responsible for taxes and Duty on the given amount of that shipment
If you place your order during business hours Mon-Fri your Parcel will usually ship in 2-3 days from our location
If order is placed on a weekend or holiday your order will ship out 2 days from the first business day of that week

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at djhoule95@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
